Alexia Beasley

Ms. Beasley serves as the Director of Bands at Steele High School. She has served as the Assistant Band Director at Steele since 2023 and brings a strong record of leadership, musical excellence, and dedication to student growth.

Under her direction, Steele ensembles have earned consistent superior ratings at the UIL Concert and Sight-Reading Evaluation, and the marching band has been recognized as a consistent UIL Area Finalist and three-time USBands Champion.

​

In addition to her work at Steele, Ms. Beasley is an accomplished arranger of chamber and big band jazz music, with published works performed at music conventions nationwide. She has also been a member of the administrative team for the Boston Crusaders Drum and Bugle Corps since 2022.

Ms. Beasley is excited to step into this new role and is committed to continuing the Steele Band’s tradition of excellence while inspiring the next generation of student musicians!
