Every band and guard student needs to fill out

new forms every school year. The forms are divided into 2 rounds. Round 1 is the fee sheet that is due in April before the next marching season begins, and round 2 is all the other beginning-of-the-year

forms that are due August 1st.

Round 1: Fee Sheets

Please fill out the fee sheet that applies to your student. Fee sheets are due April 30, 2026.

Round 2: Beginning-of-the-Year-Forms

There will be a mandatory band prep day on Aug. 1, 2026 called

BAND KNIGHT ROUNDUP.

The following forms can be printed, filled out, and brought to the prep day for turn-in. Blank forms will be available at Band Knight Roundup but having them filled out in advance will expedite the process!

All of these forms are due August 1, 2026.
